How do I request an address change?
Email fanzhang@himton.net as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. A change request does not confirm that a parcel can be redirected.
How do I request a cancellation?
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Read our Returns & Refunds policy for the applicable cancellation and return conditions.
Can an order arrive in separate packages?
Our shipping policy describes separate shipments for orders containing available and pre-ordered or back-ordered items. Check the shipping updates for each parcel and contact us if you need help.
Where can I find tracking information?
Check your dispatch email for a tracking number or link when available. If you need help finding it, contact us with your order number.
What if my order has not arrived?
